The Blountstown City Council has released the top 10 list of candidates for the city manager position. They include, in order of rank, with current city of residency:

3. James Gleason – Ocoee, FL
4. Kenneth Venables – Palatka, FL
5. Thomas Heck – Reno, NV
6. Emory Pierce – Brooksville, FL
7. Howard Proctor – Fairmont, NC
8. Bernard LaPira – Old Fort, NC
9. Patrick Miller – Palm Coast, FL
10. Ricardo Mendez-Saldivia – Miami, FL
