It was 15 years ago when three counties came together to create a Tri-County Agriculture Complex.
Today, a shell of a structure sits on a 46 acre site in the Calhoun County Agricultural Industrial Park off SR 71 between Blountstown and Altha. Around $784,000 has been allocated for the project with about $200,000 remaining in the bank. And folks are asking when the facility will be available for public use.
