David Franklin Owens of Bristol passed away Sunday, April 10, 2011, in Tallahassee at the age of 71.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. ET, Wednesday, April 13, at Bethel Assembly of God Church in Greensboro. Interment will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery in Grand Ridge.
