A Blountstown man wanted on several charges in both Calhoun and Liberty counties was apprehended after a short pursuit last Wednesday morning.
Lt. Michael Bryant and Sgt. Mark “Kipper” Mallory of the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office went to the Hayes Subdivision Road home of James Lynn Reddick, 35, to arrest him on warrants for grand theft auto in Calhoun County and battery, criminal mischief and violating his probation in Liberty County.
Reddick fled on foot and trackers from both the Blountstown Police Department and CCSO quickly apprehended him, adding a charge of resisting arrest. He is shown above being led into the Calhoun County Jail by Ofc. Fred Fisher and Ofc. Michael Morris.
