Blountstown Police Chief Glenn Kimbrel, who was set to retire on Jan. 31, told the City Council during a special meeting last Wednesday that he’d changed his mind.
But by meeting’s end, the Council agreed unanimously that his retirement was binding and they would be searching for a new chief.
