AMENDED NOTICE TO CREDITORS
The administration of the Estate of Charles Ralph Shelton, deceased, whose date of death was August 4, 2010, and whose Social Security Number is 265-02-7442, is pending in the Circuit Court for Calhoun County, Florida, Probate Division, File Number 2010-42 PR, the address of which is Ruth Attaway, Calhoun County Clerk of Court, Attention: Probate Division, 20859 S.E. Central Avenue East, Room 130, Blountstown, Florida 32424. The name and address of the personal representative and the personal representative’s attorney are set forth below.
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent’s estate on whom a copy of this amended notice has been served must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS AMENDED NOTICE OR THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE TIME OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS AMENDED NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent’s estate must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS AMENDED NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT’S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC TEST OF VOTE TABULATING EQUIPMENT
The Canvassing Board for the City of Blountstown will convene at the office of the Calhoun County Supervisor of Elections, 20859 Central Avenue East, Room G-10, Blountstown, Florida, at 2:00 p.m. on November 23, 2010. The Canvassing Board is convening for the testing of ballot tabulating equipment to be used for the December 7, 2010, Runoff Election. The board may also discuss other matters relating to the December 7, 2010, Runoff Election.
In accordance with the Sunshine Law of Florida, this meeting will be open to the public.

OF MUSGROVE ROAD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners in and for Calhoun County, Florida, will consider the adoption of a resolution to abandon/close a portion of that certain county road known as Musgrove Road, in Calhoun County, Florida, described as follows:
THAT PORTION OF MUSGROVE ROAD LYING BETWEEN BODIFORD-OGLESBY ROAD AND BUDDY JOHNSON ROAD.
Any person wishing to be heard on this issue should be present at the following meeting. The passage of the proposed Resolution to abandon/close a portion of Musgrove Road will be considered at the regular meeting of the Calhoun County Board of County Commissioners at 5:00 P.M., C.S.T., on Tuesday, December 21, 2010, at the Calhoun County Courthouse, Blountstown, Florida.
A copy of the proposed Resolution can be inspected by the public at the County Commissioners’ Office in the Calhoun County Courthouse.
