Another case of insurance fraud at hospital

A former correctional officer and hospital housekeeper charged in an insurance fraud case last month are back behind bars.

Cedric Bernard Simmons, 34, has been charged with conspiracy to commit insurance fraud and forgery.

Dallas Hogans, 26, has been arrested on the same conspiracy charge, as well as being a principle to forgery.
