A Blountstown man is behind bars, charged with 13 counts of possessing child pornography and promoting the sexual performance of a child.
David Lyle Danley, Jr., 25, remains in custody at the Calhoun County Jail on $50,000 bond.
According to Sheriff David Tatum, a search warrant was served in May on Danley’s Seaborn Hand Road residence and his computer was seized.
A forensic lab discovered multiple items of child porn. Sheriff Tatum said none of the children are local.
