July 2: Jay Allen Pitts, violation of injunction
July 4: Victor Richardo Ojeda, trespassing; James William Cobb, trespassing

LIBERTY COUNTY
June 28: Raymond Juan Nava, cultivation of marijuana
June 29: Jennifer K. Mauldin, hold for Calhoun County; Steve Darrick McQuaig, hold for Polk County; Clyde Hudson Harsey, aggravated assault with a firearm, reckless display of firearm
June 30: Steve Darrick McQuaig, lewd and lascivious battery on child under 12 years of age; Wesley Harmon Tye, battery, touching or striking; Ethel Dell Mullins, battery, touching or striking
July 1: Mary Inez Hicks, passing worthless bank checks
July 2: Lucio Perez, no valid drivers license

The above individuals were booked into the Calhoun or Liberty County Jail over the past week. Although they have been charged with a crime, they are considered innocent until proven guilty.
