A Bristol woman is behind bars accused of stealing her friend’s debit card on several occasions and making off with over $1300 in cash.
Katina Nicole O’Bryan, 20, has been charged with nine counts of fraudulent use of a debit card, one count of grand theft, and eight counts of petit theft.
